1. Services Provided

A3 Guard Security Services provides government-licensed security solutions, including armed/unarmed guards, bouncers, industrial security, and CCTV surveillance. All services are performed by personnel trained according to PSARA guidelines.

2. Service Agreement & Licensing

• All security deployments are subject to a formal signed agreement between A3 Guard Security Services and the Client.

• We confirm that we hold the necessary licenses from the Indian Government to provide security services.

• Clients must provide a safe working environment for our personnel in compliance with local labor laws.

3. Deployment & Hours of Operation

• Standard service is available 24/7, as per the shifts agreed upon in the service contract.

• Any request for additional personnel for events or emergencies must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance, though we strive to accommodate urgent requests.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices are generated monthly or as per the specific project agreement.

• Payments must be made within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

• Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or late fee charges.

• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per government norms.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While A3 Guard Security Services provides high-quality protection and surveillance to minimize risk, we do not guarantee the total prevention of loss, damage, or criminal activity.

• The company shall not be held liable for losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, security protocols, and site layouts confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing the notice period specified in the individual contract (typically 30 days). A3 Guard Security Services reserves the right to withdraw services immediately in cases of non-payment or illegal activity on the client’s premises.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida/Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
